Job Summary

This position provides support and coordination of programs within the Office of Transfer Student Success in Undergraduate Studies. The position helps coordinate academic Transfer Pathways and programs with SLCC and transfer partners, including the University's partnership with SLCC at the Herriman Campus.

They support the development of program-level articulation agreements and Transfer Pathways and events hosted by the Office of Transfer Student Success at the U's Main Campus and Herriman Campus

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Essential Functions


· Support the development and updating of program-level transfer articulation agreements in coordination with academic departments, Transfer Pathways, and 4- and 5-year academic plans for transfer students.

· Collaborate with academic departments and the Registrar's office to support the processing and implementation of program-level articulation agreements and Transfer Pathways.

· Plan and coordinate the annual SLCC-UU Transfer Summit.

· Plan and coordinate Transfer Student Success events and activities for prospective and current transfer students.

· Collaborate with SLCC and campus partners on events and programs that support transfer student populations.

· Create, maintain, review, and support updates to websites, social media, and student communication.

· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one year directly related experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make decisions related to program content. Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.

Nearly Continuously: Office environment, occasional remote days, periodic travel to SLCC and Herriman Campus for events and programs.
