Brief Summary of Work for this Position

Core responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Providing coverage and support to the Research & Innovation office regarding Pre-award and Post-award grant transactions.
  • Developing timelines and checklists to track proposals and documents for submission deadlines.
  • Entering necessary documents into the OSPREY system.
  • Assisting with monthly reconciliations of grant transactions, report writing, and budget tracking.
  • Confirming receipt of items purchased via grant funds to move forward approval to the BCST for payment.
  • Managing CHHS Grants inbox and responding and troubleshooting as necessary. Directing questions to the appropriate department or team member.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

The successful candidate must meet the following:
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
