We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned and innovative operations leader with a passion for high standards in healthcare services in a CCRC setting. This position is open due to an internal promotion.
The Executive Director leads the management and operations including resident services, program planning, revenue generation, operational analysis, financial analysis, problem resolution, personnel management, and performance improvement.
The focus of this job is on achieving results that are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. The confidence to purposely drive toward results while constantly problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others is essential. A goal-oriented leadership style, and yet motivates, trains, and enthusiastically engages others is important. The emphasis on building rapport and relationships with individuals and groups requires an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style.

Requirements
You will need a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration (a Master's Degree is preferred) and a licensed Nursing Home Administrator will be preferred. You will also need ten (10) years of experience with five (5) years in management of a health care organization. This role will need previous work experience to include strong leadership, financial, communication and marketing skills and senior care or long-term care experience.
