Bookkeeper

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following)
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card purchases, record deposits, and reconcile credit card accounts.
- Maintain company financial records.
- Manage emails.
- Follow up with Matthew 25 team members to get the signed receipts and invoices needed.
- Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies.
- Help coordinate volunteer work for the finance team.
- Display and promote company values.
- Regular attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE (include but are not limited to the following)
- Associates degree in accounting or equivalent in experience required.
- Familiarity with financial software required.
- Experience with Excel and Word.
