OPERATIONS SUPPORT CLERK

Job Purpose:
• Answer and respond to customer calls, perform data entry and initiate outbound calls for carrier recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone and resolve customer concerns and/or questions and respond to customers in a timely
manner.
• Monitor a centralized e-mail mailbox and respond to requests for returns, draws and account maintenance for both
single copy and home distribution. Enter information in database.
• Conduct carrier recruitment by either making a scripted outbound call or responding to inbound calls in the database.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience required:
Data Entry and Customer Service experience required
Specialized Knowledge Required or Preferred:
Bilingual skills preferred.
English language fluency: speaking and writing
Proven Customer Service skills
Proven verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of concentration towards customers
Ability to handle a variety of task
Detail oriented
Technical Skills: Proficient with a PC including Microsoft Office suites, Email, Excel and Word
