Front Desk/Concierge/Guard Part Time

34 unit high-rise apartment in the South Park area has an excellent opportunity for Part Time employment. Monitor cameras, assist residents & guest by providing a high level of service & other tasks as required. 

Shift: Thursday – Saturday 7:30 pm – 3:30 am.  

The front desk/concierge person works independently, and without direct supervision. Possesses strong communication, telephone and customer service skills. Detailed oriented and able to multitask. Meets and greets residents and guests; checks service providers in/out.  Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.
